This unit comes with an 8-cup capacity clear work bowl, a clear cover with a feed tube and food pusher, a stainless-steel chopping blade, a reversible slicing/shredding disc, and a motor base. Select from two speeds using the dial control or use the pulse button for short bursts of power. Use the Hamilton Beach 70550R low speed to slice softer produce, such as cucumbers and mushrooms, use the higher speed to julienne hard vegetables, such as carrots.
